The situation
Primos Oil & Gas needed a government-to-government crude oil purchase agreement negotiated and secured between Fujairah International Oil & Gas and NNPC Nigeria: a deal where documentation standards, compliance, and stakeholder management decide whether anything happens at all.
What I did
As COO I led the negotiation and secured the agreement, built the compliance frameworks it ran on, and managed stakeholder communications at government level on both sides, holding the documentation to full compliance throughout.
