The Call

The situation

The Call set out to build an AI-first prayer app: a consumer product in a space where design sensitivity and trust matter as much as engineering. The company was registered in London with leadership in Dubai, and I joined remotely as a contractor.

What I did

I ended up owning the product end to end. I designed the mobile app's UI/UX, built the technical roadmap that took the concept to a buildable plan, built the website, and ran the user research: surveys designed to test what the audience actually wanted rather than what the founding team assumed. When phase two moved to an outsourced design team, I directed their work against the roadmap. On the commercial side, I negotiated and signed the app's first brand ambassador partnership. Eleven months after joining as a contractor, I finished as co-founder and COO, with the scope of the role having grown to match the accountability I'd taken on.

How it went

A shipped product, taken from concept to live, and a title that changed because the work demanded it.

What it proves

I can own an AI product across every layer that matters: research, design, roadmap, delivery, and the commercial deals around it.

Let's talk about what you're trying to build.
