The situation
Business owners kept arriving with the same problem in different words: they knew AI mattered, had tried a few tools, and had nothing running. The gap wasn't access to AI. It was the absence of anyone translating it into their specific operation.
What I did
I designed and ran a 12-week AI adoption accelerator for non-technical operators. The design choice that made it work: every concept was anchored to each participant's own workflow rather than abstract examples, so people learned tools by deploying them on their own real problems, week by week, with working systems as homework rather than notes.
